Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered in any way unless they are found to be faulty.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly by FloorNation.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days using the original payment method.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our team will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
